Peter Murphy and Mike Ness have This in Common

It doesn't seem like Peter Murphy (Bauhaus) and Mike Ness (Social Distortion) have much in common besides both being old and lead singers in bands who never really had a mainstream hit. In fact, they have something else in common and that is: they are doing solo tours.

That's right, they are capitalizing on their names and taking it to the road. Why not? The music biz is in the gutter and the recession has me with nothing more affordable to do than writing this blog.

Now, I don't know anything about their solo stuff, but I think I'll attend their shows because a. Mike Ness is still kinda hot b. Peter Murphy is still weird.
